The West Windsor Sustainability Committee and the Mary L. Blood Memorial Library will host two simultaneous events - one for adults and one for kids!
At the town hall, VEEP will host a hands-on workshop for adults on home heating. Learn how to save money and reduce your energy impact. This is a hands-on workshop, designed to build community and foster a conversation about all we can DO.
Across the street at the library, kids can join us for a STEM event on energy! Learn what energy is and how we use it on a daily basis. We will explore ways we use energy in the sectors of electricity, home heating, and transportation. This is a hands-on workshop, with materials provided by VEEP.
Food and refreshments will be provided at both locations.
***Registration is required for the adult workshop to ensure we have enough instructors and materials. Adults can register for the heating workshop by emailing Susan: susanfyost@mac.com
TEENS are welcome at whichever event is most appropriate for their maturity level. Questions can be directed to Liz: marybloodlibrary@gmail.comQuestions can be directed to Liz: marybloodlibrary@gmail.com
